Outdoor:
Pre-finished Natural Wood tiles designed & treated carefully for the outdoor usage
Industrial Composition of the product
Outdoor tiles are composed of two layers plus coating layer
The upper layer from hard Teak or Iroko wood strips with 15 mm thickness
The lower layer is a 15 mm thick Polypropylene base with balanced equilibrium.
Coating:
The wood is treated (VAC-VAC impregnation) with an English origin special solution that penetrates the wood to a depth of 4 mm from all surfaces to form an anti-fungal, anti-insect and anti moisture film that protects the wood from any natural danger.
Afterwards the wood strips are to be coated with natural origin oil suitable for treating any wooden surface, in- or out-doors forming a hardwearing oily protection, not sticky, easy to buff up and preserve over time.
This natural oil does not form a surface film or flake or even peel, also easy to reapply without the need to sand down the wood. With excellent resistance to weather, its components remain inside the wood to protect it and are non-toxic, easily applied with a brush. |
